Hi, my name is Brian Pohoreckyj and I am a student studying communications at the University of Connecticut, originally from Port Washington, New York. I have always had a passion for collaborating with others and inspiring them, and I bring leadership skills and experience as the former captain of the Nassau Community College lacrosse team. This background in athletics has helped mold my identity as someone who values teamwork, communication and helping others around me reach their full potential. With this being said I am using my passion for people and collaboration to pursue a career in public relations. I look forward to what the future holds for me.
